This firm has developed the Instant Consensus Workshops™ (ICW) and this innovative approach has been adapted through this partnership and is now available for driving StakeWare customers' realtime stakeholder consensus. The Instant Consensus Workshops™ (ICW) combines a realtime voting mechanism with a powerful methodology using specific survey design techniques that will help you align and prioritize stakeholder concerns. This realtime methodology provides an added layer of transparency to the process and incorporates best practice approaches like stakeholder inclusiveness as defined by the Global Reporting Initative.
