This process begins with a detailed review of your existing stakeholder engagement strategy. We use this information to model your stakeholder environment and the kinds of reporting that you will require. We work with you to identify stakeholder groups and the issues that concern them and load them into the system. The next step is to prioritize these issues, configure metrics and indicators, and customize reports on the StakeWare application. We combine our extensive knowledge of best practices in sustainability reporting following the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) guidelines with the award winning on-demand model of the salesforce.com platform.
