Natan Zaidenweber - Founder and CEO
Natan Zaidenweber is founder and CEO of StakeWare. He founded the company in 1999 with a vision to help companies embed sustainability & corporate responsibility into their business processes. Zaidenweber is regarded as a thought leader in the field of sustainability management software. Under Zaidenweber's direction, StakeWare has grown from a groundbreaking idea into a SaaS company that is a technology leader in enterprise sustainability management.
Prior to launching StakeWare, Zaidenweber, a 15 year veteran of the sustainability industry, worked with organizations like The Mexican Government, The World Bank, Stanford University, and Shell Oil. In 1998, he worked at the Energy and Resource Group UC Berkeley, and published several papers on the benefits of stakeholder engagement in extractive industries. In 1995, He became the CEO of "El Fisgon del Universo" a Science Fiction Publishing Company in Mexico City Publisher of Asimov magazine in spanish. Zaidenweber received a Masters of Arts in International Development Policy from Stanford University in 1997.
Ari Fainchtein, CTO
Mr. Fainchtein has extensive experience as a Lead System Architect, Lead Programmer, Lead Engineer, and Analyst in various projects, including Proxicom, Conekto, Venture Mine, Incentive Dimensions, and Griggs Productions. He has performed analysis for Dresdner Kleinwort Benson Bank and Nike, and is the creator of both Interactive Health Care Community, a web based doctor-patient matching service, and Screen Test On-line, the first interactive database for the casting industry. Mr. Fainchtein holds an electrical engineering degree from McGill University.
George DiCostanzo, COO
Mr. DiCostanzo has over 25 years experience in the software and data service industries with emphasis on financial and decision support systems. He has held management or executive positions in companies including IBM (Services Division), Control Data and University Computing and was the CEO of a NASDAQ listed systems integration company.IN 1995, Mr. DiCostanzo founded The Genesis Group, L.L.C. a consulting company supporting emerging companies with management services inclusive of marketing, organizational development and capital acquisition.
Ken Ruotolo, CFO
Ken Ruotolo has 20+ years experience building and managing the financial, operations and administrative functions for early stage companies, most recently as CFO for 8 years for ANTs Software, a public company in the enterprise database market.
